In April 2007 Susan and Jim Galbraith moved from Robson Ranch in Mesa, AZ to Robson Ranch Denton, TX carrying their Kiwanis passion with them. They spread the word and recruited the necessary number of members.  In January 2008, Charter President Rich Keehn and the Texas Oklahoma District Governor, Jerry Ward set our wheels in motion.  Since then the club has remained a vibrant, active part of the Robson Ranch community.

 

The club membership is very active in supporting the needs of children and families primarily in Denton County, Texas.  The club is recognized as a part of Kiwanis International.

We meet on the 1st and 3rd Friday of each month.  Our meetings are typically held in the Bandera/Medina Room in the Robson Ranch Clubhouse.  The meeting starts at 9:00 AM and lasts one hour.  There is a social time at 8:30 prior to the general meeting.  There usually is a guest speaker with a focus on highlighting the needs of children and families in the Denton area.  The balance of the meeting is devoted to conducting club business and organizing future activities.  The club has Officers and a Board of Directors.
